FMA 13 and a success in book browsing.

Quote of the Day: "Punch him in the head!"
~~XD Edward's got Roy's fate all planned out...~~

music: Kesenai Tsumi ~ fullmetal alchemist ending theme (i've finally repented against the tv and am wearing my headphones)

FINALLY got FMA 13. Had to cancel all my other downloads though, cause my DN Angel source doesn't have 11-13, so I found another place where I downloaded all 26 in one shot. It's at 23%, 38 hours to go. Eek. My internet may not last two and a half days straight... ah well, as long as I get my hands on 11-13, I'll live.

So yeah, Fullmetal Alchemist 13 was damn good (and damn funny). Ed's imitation of Roy was PRICELESS, it had me falling off my chair giggling, as well as the whole dog situation with Lieut Hawkeye and co. Roy's introduction to the dog was great, too.

Roy: *marches into room and grabs dog, holds it up and inspects it*
Roy: A dog?
*two seconds later*
Roy: PERFECT! ^_______^

And then he goes on with his big dogs-are-slaves-that-don't-complain speech (which was kinda cruel but incredibly entertaining, especially his facial expression), and later with his "When I rule the military, I will make all women wear miniskirts!!" which earned him total loyalty from Havok and a sigh and glare from Hawkeye. XD Womanizer. Kinda gave it away too when he and Edward were about to duel and someone yelled "Give me back my girlfriend!"

Roy and Ed's duel was excellent, I must say, from Roy's provocation (Ed still keeps his record of one freakout bout his height per ep) to Ed's little trick, using a "snowman" with his jacket to fool Roy. The best was probably the end when they were cleaning up together, and Roy looked up wearing what we now call his "huh" expression, eyes half closed. Quite cute. Lemme find it...

Huh?

Hope that works.

So, other than fangirlishly obssessing about FMA, went downtown for a while. Got...what did I get again..Oh, got a fountain pen for inking (*rejoice*) which seems to work much better than my old and war-torn Microms and Sakura pens. Am currently trying to draw Ed in my agenda, who will be followed eventually by Roy, if Shaz and Alicia stop writing letters where I'm sposed to write my homework. Other than that I got Jack Higgin's new Dillon-centered book, Bad Company (which I've read half of so far) so I'm happy I don't have to wait six months for it to come out in hardcover like I did with Midnight Runner.

Went to visit my uncle and cousin after, and got a twenty dollar gift certificate for books, which I'm gonna spend on mangas. Also got from him one of Akira Kurasawa's films, the Hidden Fortress. Gonna see if that's any good.

Must got eat left over cake now. In the words of an icon featuring Ed, "Everything I know I leanred by killing smart people and eating their brains."

My cosplay misadventures.

music: Stupid TV is on T_T They're doing the weather right now. Like I really care.

I have a tendency to improvise cosplay, on purpose or just without realising it. My usual outfit during the summer was mostly a striped sailor-style t-shirt and light blue jeans, which is of course Ryou/Yami B's manga Battle City outfit. Throw a dark blue shirt on top of that, I've got his anime Battle City outfit, and if I use my beige sweater, his Duelist Kingdom outfit. Of course, it wasn't all exact (as in I didn't bother dying my hair white) but it was improvising, which is what I'm doing tonight.

Because my hair is still straight, it's medium length, and my "bangs" are straight and end at my chin. I'm not blonde or anything, but braiding my hair and leaving the sides loose is a pretty decent immitation of Edward's (FMA) hair. So I decided to take it the whole way. I have a pair of black pants (not the sexy leather he wears, but close enough) and a sleeveless black shirt on top. Throw on my longsleeve black sweater, it's not a bad immitation. I've got his boots too (like it's SPOOKY how much they look alike) and a long coat, though it's brown, not red. So for now I'm just having some fun =D
New obssession.

Quote of the Day: "Go become dog food!"
~~New insults for all courtesy of the inkeeper at Euswell Mine~~

music: The White Tree ~ rotk soundtrack

I am officially on the way to being obssessed with Fullmetal Alchemist. It''s GOOD. Actually, it's excellent. Watched eps 8-11 yesterday and 12 this morning. Something went wrong when I was downloading 13, so it's in the process right now. 2 hours left.

7 and 8, I must say, were rather disturbing, going from Nina (that was just...disturbing) to *snort* Barry the Chopper (that was, if possible, almost more disturbing). And, as a record, Edward cried two eps in a row. On a brighter side, we got to see him with his hair loose, for however brief a period of time. That was cute. I've also been keeping a record that he has at least one hissyfit regarding his height every ep.

In ep 13, we apprently get to see more of Roy (*drool*), so am waiting patiently for that. On the note of eps 11 and 12, I hope I'm not the only one who took an immediate liking to Russel as soon as I laid eyes on him XD He's VERY cool. I know his voice from another anime but I can't quite place it. Also, it was pretty funny hearing Kruuze's voice coming from that other dude. Kinda spooked me the first time.

So, while I'm waiting for ep 13, I might just put my talent as a fanartist to work.

.....Blah.

Quote of the Day: "There was no lie in Pippin's eyes. A fool - but an honest fool."
~~That's Pip.~~

music: Minas Tirith ~ rotk soundtrack

I think I've officially gotten myself hooked onto FullMetal Alchemist. Its just SO COOL. Pray they don't license it any time soon *knocks on wood three times*.
I'm still only at ep 7, now waiting for 8 and 9 to finish downloading, but it's great. And it'll be easy with me to catch up with since only 12 eps are out. I'm not sure if they come out on a weekly basis or what. So when I'm done all twelve of FMA, I'll go back to finish my downloads of DN Angel.

Best ep so far in FMA in my opinion is 5, because not only is Roy oh so cool in it *drool* but Edward has some great stunts too. I fell off my chair laughing during the scene where he looked through the train window upsidown and stuck it his tongue out. That was hilarious. I want that as my ava but can't capture the damn thing. I'd kill to be able to just frame that on my wall. Priceless.

Only forty more minute till ep 8 finishes downloading..*eye twitch*

Dec 27, 2003

Short?!?!?!

XD

Full Metal Alchemist is great.

I just finished watching episodes 1 to 5, and it's soooo good. The graphics and character illustrations is really good, not as graceful as maybe DN Angel, but still really well done. Edward has great hissyfit expressions when he gets pissed off, especially when people call him short (and he IS short). I love his hair, too. Hafta say that Lieutenant Roy Mustang's pretty hot, too.

Gonna go find more eps now...

New anime(s)

Quote of the Day: "Maybe you love Hiwatari-kun."
~~Dark's twisted logic, ep 4~~

music: Minas Morgul ~ rotk soundtrack

ANNOUNCEMENT!
Because this is Nazgul 5 of Minas Morgul, I hereby claim the song Minas Morgul from the Return of the King soundtrack as my theme song.

So nyah.

ANYWAY.

Have discovered a new anime: DN Angel. Atcually, discovered it a while ago, but have gone back to it now that I found new episodes. Funny how everytime I try to watch something, it always gets liscenced. Happened to Gundam Seed, and now this. Thankfully, there's still a few distributors out there who haven't given up on it.

So far, I've seen eps 1-8. I think I'm just going to download 9-26 in one shot so I have 'em all before they're removed.
My thoughts: KEWL. It's actually quite good. I didn't think it would be this good. The graphics are excellent, the characters cute, and the plotline pretty cool. Dai is adorable, Dark is SeXaY, and I must say Satoshi is very much Eriol from Cardcaptor Sakura. Seriously. Plus he's got Asuran's voice (Why must Asuran's voice be so sexy?). Saw Krad for the first time this morning watch ep 4 (I watched them backwards, 5-8 first, then 1-4). So yeah, Krad ownz you all.

Also downloaded first few eps of Full Metal Alchemist. Gonna see if that's any good, then gonna play Lufia all day.

Merry X-masssss, precious.

Quote of the Day: "We will see the Shire again, Pippin."
~~Merry to Pip before he's carried off by Gandy the Bleached~~

music: The Steward of Gondor ~ rotk soundtrack, featuring a solo from Pip

Faired pretty well on X-mas day, if I do say so meself.

Attended 10:00 mass last night. Didn't see anyone I knew except Marco the don from gardenview. He's at the senior campus now.

Didn't sleep very well, don't know why. Slept for about two hours from 5:30 to 7:30, then woke up and opened my very first gift, which, of course, was the soundtrack from the Return of the King *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*
Which I listened to most of the morning. I wanna review my fav songs a bit before I go on.

A Storm is Coming, the first song, it's cool in the sense that it weaves alot of themes from the first two soundtracks in a whole knew way. Of course you have the original theme of LotR, then going into a Shire-type melody with that wind instrument, followed by a more picked up rythm that's a bit like a Shadow of the Past from FotR. It's short, and it has the different aspects and moods. I do believe it's the scene of Deagol's murder.

Minas Tirith ish cool. It has the slow theme and then rises as Gandalf an Pippin reach the White City, and its central theme itself is well woven, I think it reflects the city well. The White Tree, the song following it, is a bit scattered, but pretty cool nonetheless. It centers more on the history of the city and the Tree and Citadel themselves instead of the grand picture all in one.

The Steward of Gondor ISH THE BEST. Yes, because Pip has a solo. But it's sad towards the end, mostly because that's the scene where Faramir and his army are riding to their suicide battle, and it's all Denethor's fault. Pip's song is still the best, though. Amazing voice.

Minas Morgul IS AWESOME. The song brings in the power of the orginal Barad-dur theme which we didn't hear in TTT (only very briefly and quietly), but because this is NOT Barad-dur, it's different - this is the realm of the Witch-King of Angmar, the second most powerful being in Mordor, and his tower is incredible. The theme itself captures the image of the tower perfectly by keeping the same power of Barad-dur theme, and yet twisting it to fit the scene of the fell beasts flying over a black tower bathed in an eerie green light.

Cirith Ungol is short and to the point. The beginning is kind of like Ithilien's theme, the Forbidden Pool, but a bit more Mordor-ish, and then you have the Shire-like insert part which brings us back to Frodo and Sam. The end is the theme from Argonath, which works well.

Shelob's Lair (which is creepy as hell and a personal fav) is the Passage of the Marshes of RotK. The beginning part carries the exact same mood as the Passage of the Marshes and the same feeling of forboding. Then you have the quiet treading which was in the Taming of Smeagol, and then it just takes off with the chase theme when she's going after Frodo, and let me tell you it puts you at your wits end. It gave me the impression she was lurking under my bed somewhere. It's very well done and creepy.

I have not had a chance to hear the entire thing past The End of All Things, but I have heard the end theme, Into the West, which is pretty good. Overall, I think it's almost as good as TTT and as good as FotR (if not better), and people haven't been giving it enough credit.

OKAY.

Now that I've done that.

I also got the Visual Companion to RotK (which completes my collection) and the 2004 16-month calendar. That was my LotR paraphanelia. From my cousins I got Berty Botts Every Flavoured Beans (people, I'm warning you now, don't eat Booger, my aunt almost barfed). I also got some bookmarks, a picture frame and two t-shirts and a shamrock charm for my bracelet.

In books I got Eragon, the Wish List, and Inkheart, all of which I've considered reading, so now I just have to finish the Silmarillion and I'll be all set. Didn't get any art supplies (*sob*) nor GBA games, so I'll have to sum up the money I get from my Nonni to get myself a game. Either Golden Sun, one of the new Yu-Gi-Oh ones, or Magi Nation. In terms of CDs I got Lumidee (yay), Dido's new one, Thalia, and The Thrills, an Irish band, which was a gift from my aunt's Irish boyfriend (a Dubliner; pretty nice guy).

So I'm going to spend my time listening to RotK now. Merry X-massss.

If you can't see it (damn you) it's just a box that says "I adopted Sauron Jr, and there's A PLASTIC EYEBALL WITH LITTLE RED FLAMES IN BACK AND ITS HILARIOUS *dies cackling*

And then there's one "Keeper of Pippin's Apple" XD
Melkor ish cool!

Quote of the Day: "But it is not this day!"
~~Best part of Aragorn's speech before the battle of Cormallen~~

music: Evenstar ~ isabel bayakdarian

GAH.
I was just starting to blog when the power went out T_T
So I'm back to finish what I began.
Huzzah.

I've memorized not only every song from the soundtracks of both LotR movies, but every single line from the movies as well. I can recite both three-hour long movies without stopping. With the accents too. I've only seen RotK twice though, but so far the best line (apart from all of Smeagol and Pip's) is Aragorn's big speech before the battle of Cormallen, especially his "But it is not this day!!" It's one of those lines that randomly comes to mind that I can just say out of nowhere for fun. Sort of like "For sun is rising!" from the Two Towers.

On the subject of Melkor, I'm re-reading the Silmarillion for the second time. Don't ask why. Was at the hairdressers again for two and a half hours today (Shani hair) and plowed through eight chapters. So yeah, Melkor ish cool. I've always liked him. I hate the name Morgoth though, I wish they'd just stuck to Melkor. It's much more sexy. He's like the Sephiroth of the Valar. Or Alex from Golden Sun. Cirdan the Shipwright ish cool too.

That's the thought of the day. Going to go play with my Shani hair now.

SO bored

music: Six million ways to Live ~ dub pistols

I'm so bored I'm blogging. How pathetic is that?

Finished reading Evangelion 6, the one were Toji was piloting Unit 03. I'd read the summary before and knew what happend, but that still didn't help it from being incredibly disturbing. Poor Toji. Am going to shoot someone if I have to wait any longer for a manga with Kaworu in it.

And Shinji still looks like Alibaba.
*sigh*
Yes I'm actually going to blog now.

Quote of the Day: "What has Smeagol EVER done to him?!"
~~Smeagol poking fun at Sam~~

music: Never There ~ cake

Yeah I know, no blogging for like two days straight. Been tired. Making up for it now, on the first saturday of X-mas vacations. >=D In the words of Azrael, yatta!

Thursday was a draaaag. Typing test first period which I completely screwed up, getting 72 words per minute and 88 accuracy, which gave me a 95%. Mr Brochu said I could come back the first schoolday next year at lunch to retake it and perhaps get at least an 98%. But I must type with all ten of my fingers. Which really really sucks, considering I type regulary with only two or three of them.

Engrish was perhaps the most boring subject I've ever sat through. We did absolutely NOTHING, and even at that it was boring. Mrs Coconis did bring us hot chocolate, however, and Amanda took the time to bump into me and spill it all over my white blouse. Nice.

I was supposed to have an early dismissal (was being pulled out before math to go see LOTR. Seriously). But missed the first five minutes of science because apparently Mrs Lagodich had lost my note. Finally got it sorted out, sat through half an hour of science, and left to go see Smeagol and co. Love this movie. Shall review it perhaps later today.

Yesterday, our last day of torture before the holidays, was not as bad as anticipated. Evil music student teacher left and we were finally able to play without being stopped in the middle of every song, but we only got to play ONE freaking song because people took a million years to finish their playing tests. Brought my music sheets and trombone home, though. Still don't know how I fared on my theorie test.

Had freee time in french too, and Fo lost her voice so we didn't have to present our oral *heaves huge sigh of relief*. For the most part, Alicia and I watched the guys play cards. Oh, and we got our candee-o-grams too. Got one from Vero, one from Druggie (saying I love Jon T.T;; which is total bull) two from Kaiba-kun, one from Reina, one from Dia (we're gonna go see LOTR again together =D) one from Ri-chan, and one from Tanisha-san.

We missed engrish to see the dance show, which was pretty good. And usual, Terri, Shalesh and Jo did really well, and Terri showed us all she can do a pretty amazing backflip. There was one middle-east style dance were I caught Azrael out of the corner of my eye dancing XD Told him later and he asked me if it was good. Flahed him thumbs up.

At lunch, we hung about downstaires and saw him again (got locked out of his homeroom *snort*) and then had duty upstaires in the place d'Acceuil, where we followed him around.

In math, couldn't really talk to Theo thanks to the number of times he gets in trouble, which eventually caused his desk to be dragged in front, further away from me. He, of course, didn't let up with turning around to talk to me, but by the end of it, Jamgotchian let us out without a problem. Vive les vacances.

O_o;;

Quote of the Day: "Would you like me to throw a snowball at you?"
~~Mme Tremblay's methods of scaring us off~~

music: Michishirube ~ shani - err, shuni miyamoto (third fav shani song @_@)

Last day 6 of the year. Blah. Not that bad, though. Tiring, but not bad. Ri-chan came by in the morning and gave me this x-mas santa clause hat thing that she was using for the dance after school and let me wear it. So needless to say, in a strictly no-hats school, I wore a hat the whole day.

In french, Alex and I got sent to the comp room by Mme O'Hurley to type something up for her. We spent the first half hour of class there, then listened to the orals of some of the others and listened to some Bob Marley songs courtesy of Elijah.

In engrish, we did...well, nothing. Exciting. At all. Amanda has this little game thing where you can pick a number and match yourself up with a guy. I kept picking thirteen, cause it's meh lucky number, and I got Adam (poke-kid) the first time *sweatdrop* then, believe or not, Jon, and THEN, as if the universe was having a good laugh at me, Shamie of all people.

In history, I thought for sure we were going to prep for exams or something, but instead Mr de Blois gave us an entire free period. He ish so cool. Yin, Alicia and I drove Nick crazy and wrote on his arm, his agenda, and his pencil case. I also made my own pick-your-own guy/gal thing, and put Nick as number 1 and kept telling everyone to pick 1, much to his chagrin. Also wrote whorefish on his arm. It's my new word. According to Linda from drama, who passed it on to me, it's actually in the dictionnary. O_o

At lunch, went down to the rec room with Reina, Ri-chan and Vero, and chatted with Mrs Kay until Azrael had duty. Talked to him very briefly (he looked kind of busy) and pushed Ri-chan into Zaib several times.

Moral was too boring to elaborate on, besides Jon being an idiot for most of it. Kaiba and I went outside afterwards, are started throwing snowballs at each other, when lo and behold Mme Tremblay (who I've never had as a teacher but who hates my guts) walks out and threatens to either throw a snowball at us or suspend us. We were off the school property very, very fast.

There's an article sitting on the kitchen table about Smeagol.

Excuse me while I go read it.

Will make this quick cause I'm leaving in twenty minutes

Quote of the Day: "Eets lika tsunami spleet!"
~~Shamie in science class~~

music: Sheba ~ golden sun

Blogger erased both my posts yesterday so I didn't end up blogging, so of course I'm taking the last twenty minutes before I go to school.

Anyway.

Here's what happened:

This was kinda the break point between school and x-mas holidays, casue after day 5, I kinda have a pretty leisurely week, despite math. It wasn't that bad though. In french, Fo, Pat, Alex and I escaped to the library to work on our projects. Our oral was due yesterday, but she said we can do it friday, so we just need to get our info set and we're pretty much ready.

In science, we had an open book oral test, where she'd ask us one measely question and then grade us (rather unfairly I might add, since some people who answered the question decently got pretty pathetic marks. As if the teacher knows what she's talking about. Yeah right). Shamie also decided to be random by breaking the silence with one of his usual "eet is banana spleet!" becoming "eets lika tsunami spleet!" all staying in the spirit of science.

Math was the usual: blah. Theo kept me awake, and we got like the entire textbook to study for january exams. But, for the very first time all year, we have no homework. If you don't count studying. So that's not bad. I don't have math anyway today so the effect is kinda downsized XD

At lunch, hung out with Ri-chan and she helped me study for my theorie test in music. We had like a whole page on tons and demi-tons (tons, not TONS) which confused me one helluva alot, but now at least I know where the sharp and flats are on the piano, which I had long forgotten. Hope I did well. Could hear Dia the whole time next to me muttering "la bemol..."

After all that, Kaiba-kun and I went upstaires to Mrs Kay's room to help her with the candee-o-grams. We ended up taking the recycling out for her too, and wandered downstaires to, tadah, see Azrael. I asked him where to dump the recycling and, as usual, he was clueless.

Outside, got snow thrown in my hair by Kaiba and pelted him with a snowball (he's like a sitting targer, he must think I can't hit or something). An iceball in the arm is what you get for that.

So yeah, saw the Return of Aragorn the King who Bathed on monday night. Best movie ever ever ever ever ever PIP GOT SO MUCH SCREEENTIME *spontaneously combusts*. It. Was. Amazing. Pip even sang, and he's got such an amazing voice too. Can't wait to see it again, and I'll do a full recap then. For now, gotta get to school.

Movies and misadventures.

Quote of the Day: "Are you mad because they make you wear skirts?"
~~Saw the Last Samurai. *proceeds to picture Yzak in a traditional kimono*~~

music: Aqua Rock ~ golden sun

It was *puts on Autin Powers voice* mooovie day today. Other interesting things happened, however.

In homeroom, Mrs Lagodich sent one and only Jon of the Idiot Trio to do attendance for Mme Capedelaine's room, along with Marlo. Last incident had him asking me to erase his name from the absentee list cause he couldn't do it himself. *rolls eyes* Anyway, after making a fool of himself a couple of times and having me scold him, he actually got it right.

In engrish, we seperated boy from girls and just...well, talked, I guess, like the time last week when the woman from some organization or another had come in. It was considerably noiser, I think cause there were more guys, and I guess it just wasn't working like it was last time (when we actually put effort into it).

In math, did blah. Talked to Theo. He is my source of entertainment in this class. Tried to kill my calculator again to no avail.

At recess, we got ourselves packed to go to the movies. Walked halfway there with Marriam until we split up when she got annoyed of the idiots kicking up snow behind us. Walked with Reina and Alex the rest of the way there.

In the theatre, sat with Ri-chan and Tanisha. Good movie, the Last Samurai. Gave me a chance to hear japanese outside of anime. Taught Ri-chan bunch of obsur japanses words throughout it. At least now if she ever goes to japan she can say "yes", "no" and "idiot".

Afterwards took the bus home with Dia and Tanisha. Dia has dance till five, and afterwards is coming over here so we can be picked up to go see SMEAGOL! (LotR). Tanish came over since she didn't want to take the train home, but had to anyway. Kaiba-kun did a pit-stop here and I nearly got caught with him (hugging him, mind you) XD In which case I would have been either boiled alive or thrown into a box until I was thirty.

Going to get ready to go see Smeeeeagol now.

Stuff and a strategy

Quote of the Day: "Preciousss..."
~~Getting ready for the premier of Smeagol (LOTR) tomorrow~~

music: Lemuria ~ golden sun

Not a very eventful day. Spent my morning doing science homework and my afternoon at the mall (involuntarily, mind you). Mother told me we were just going to "pick something up". We eneded up spending three hours there instead, X-mas shopping for my cousins in N.B T_T

On the subject of Golden Sun, have won the game three times now, and I'm getting bored, so I've decided to train a bit, bring my levels up and come up with some strategies. Here's a pretty good one, the Windwaker(no, not Zelda =P) strategy, or Kite/Catastrophe. It goes as such, and it's pretty useful against all battles in general, especially boss battles, and even works against that great oaf Dullahan that guards Iris:

Results all depend on levels and items equipped, but here it is anyway:

Your battling party should consist of Sheba first, then Ivan, then Felix (equipped with the Sol Blade) and Isaac (equipped with Masamune).

Djinn
Sheba: Sheba should have 9 Jupiter djinn on her, all on standby except for two. Doesn't matter which two. They'll increase her wind power.
Ivan: Ivan should have 9 Jup djinn as well, all on standby EXCEPT Kite. Kite is vital, keep it on Ivan and set.
Felix: Felix should have a bunch o' Venus djinn on him, all standby.
Isaac: Isaac should have 3 Venus and 6 Mars, all standby.

For the first turn, either Sheba or Ivan will go first, usually before the enemy considering they're so fast, followed by Yzak, then Felix.
So:

Sheba casts Charon (you DO have him, right?)
Ivan casts Kite on Sheba
Felix attacks (preferrably with Sol Blade)
Isaac attacks or uses psyenergy or whatever

As long as your opponent isn't a djinn screwer-upper or doesn't down Sheba or Ivan on the first turn, you're safe. Actually, Sheba is really the one you want to live right now.
Second turn, providing you're all still alive:

Sheba casts Catastrophe
Sheba casts Catastrophe (you used Kite, she goes twice.)
Ivan summons anything remotley powerful
Felix attacks or heals
Isaac attacks or heals

Because Charon is so powerful, you're enemy will already be dented a bit. Not only that, Charon raises Sheb's wind power, and she's already pretty powerful, being a Magicien and having the two Jup djinn set to her. The first Catastrophe will raise her wind power even more, and the second Catastrophe should be deadly because of that. Depending on who you're fighting, you could be dead by now or you could keep on attacking. If you're fighting Dullahan, I reccommend one of the Venus djinn on Isaac is Granite, and set it so he can use that so you won't die on the first turn. It should still work that way. If you're entire team is knocked out, the follow-up team should rip apart your enemy with more summons. Here's a bonus: if you have Iris, you're follow-up team will be able to use her(if all djinn are on standby), and thus revive everyone from your first team.

You win >=D

So that's my thought of the day.

O_o
I'm so disturbed right now cause I just finished watching the first part of End of Eva. I've watched it before but it gets more disturbing every time, it really does. I also caught on to the fact that 1) rock n' roll-haired dude there, Aoba, has the same seiyuu as Mwu from Gundam Seed, as well as Misato I THINK has the same seiyuu as Mariyu. And dude who's the voice behind big block Seele 01 also does the voice of Dornkirk from Escaflowne. All in jap, mind you. I'm good with voices.

ANYWAY, a run-down of friday:

Missed science test (whoot) and math (WHOOT) because of a dentists appointment, but I refused to miss my music test AND my two french tests as well as band pictures, so I came at recess. Did do the music test, got la, was pleased, though I didn't do that great a job. Got 89 though, which is one mark higher than my test last term, so now I know the student teacher marks much easier than Mr Toilette.

At lunch,we had to go back down to take pictures with the whole band for the yearbook. We got t-shirts and everything then crammed ourselves in the corner of the room for the pic. I got stuck next to poke-kid, Adam (figures) and had to kick him a few times to get him to shut up. Otherwise, that went well.

In french we had a sub, so we only did one of the two test we were supposed to do. Got pretty good I think, only missed one question, though I don't think I'll pull a highest-mark-in-the-grade this time around, the test was considerably harder. Had a coughing fit in the middle of it though, but got saved by Pat and her throat lozenge.

Because I am a very disorganized and strange person, I will now list the animes I'm watching and the ones I wanna watch, as well as the mangas.

Animes I've watched completely:
Gundam Seed (jap)
Gundam Wing (english, jap Endless Waltz)
Escaflowne (both)

Animes I'm watching:
Yu-gi-oh (both)
Gravitation (jap)
D N Angel (jap)
Evangelion (jap)

Mangas I'm reading:
Yu-Gi-Oh (french)
Evangelion (both)
Tenchi Muyo (french)
Love Hina (both)
Gundam Wing sidestory (both)
Card Captor Sakura (french)
Inuyasha (both)
Chobits (french)

Mangas I wanna read:
Magic Knight Rayearth (dont care what language)
Gundam Seed (ENGLISH @_@)

So yeah. Just keeping track of things ^^

Test gone well. Five more tests tomorrow.

music: Mizu no Akashi ~ lacusxharo suit 3

Yes, I know, didn't blog yesterday. Shall do a run down now:

Wednesday
Math was blah, as usual. Got a surprisingly small amount of homework. Waow. Theo got bored in the last fifteen minutes of class and tried to take my caculator apart but alas lacked the screwdriver to do so. So he's making it scrap metal tomorrow.

Music was pretty boring as well. Scale test tomorrow. Pray I'm getting si bemol, sol, la, or fa. If I get re, I'm gonna complain that I already did it for the trombone playing test.

Can't even remember what we did in french class. Think we did a sheet on verbs whilst I drew Asuka in my agenda. Got Evangelion 4 and 5, but in french, so must sum up the courage to read them.

In engrish, WE WATCHED JACK SPARROW =D Cause we had a pizza party, so we went right after thrid period, had pizza and WATCHED JACK SPARROW! *swoons* In band, nothing new, just Maximum Velocity and What A Wonderful World. Band pics for yearbook on friday. Whoopee.

Today
Today was pretty blah too. History, starting a new chapter on Rome, thrills and chills. Happy to show off I know the place though, since my cousins live there. Hail Caeser.

In moral, did more stuff on sex ed. Not much more to say than that, other than I was asleep half the time.

Info, we had a test on EVERYTHING, which I got the highest mark in the grade, a 95% (*rejoice*). Got two stupid questions wrong in a really stupid way. Must remember to read questions. Other than that, Mr Brochu screwed my project set-up so I have to go to the comp room tomorrow to fix it. Uploading pics of Azrael and Mrs Kay in costume that I CGed. Must put them up here, they're rather good (shameless self-promotion).

Got a free lunch and stalked Azrael afterwards in the Place D'Acceuil, as well as watched Shamie and Jon make idiots of themselves. Also sent Shaz a candee-o-gram thing, cause she wouldn't shut up about them during history. In engrish, had some guest come in and had girl talk with the overwhelming amount of girls in that class. Was pretty fun.

Exciting.

Science, french, music and probably math test tomorrow. Please shoot me.

ARG.
We lost our championship game in the tourney T_T
Well not technically championship, cuz you're not out of the tourney till you lose twice, but still.

ANYWAY.

Quick run down:

Yelled at Jonathan alot in homeroom today. He was "absent" so we brought the absentee folder downstaires, when we met him coming upstaires -_-;; We had to get him to bring the folder back to homeroom, and only when the bell rang did he ask me to erase his title of absent from the sheet, as if he couldn't do it himself. *whacks him across the back of the head*

In moral, Shaz and I got our project back. 98. Yay.

In gym, yeah we lost, 21-15. Actually 21-16 but we couldn't get Julie to admit it. I hate her soo much words cannot express how much I want to punch her lights out T_T She took all the credit for winning when Susan is the only one who actually plays well on that team. Of course, Julie tried to rub the victory in my face, but I gave her a retort of "We're still the best team in the class," which in turn pissed HER off, making her look really stupid.

At recess, we put the chair back in front of Azrael's door XD(He's prob guessed it's us by now) and in french, we got our tests back. I got a crap 85. Blah. Worked with Pat and Fo most of the class, Shamie-kun running back and forth getting our answers.

At lunch, wandered around with Ri-chan and Reina and saw Azrael, who was on duty in the Place D'acceuil (I always see this guy eating an apple, it's weird O_o). Other than that, nothing eventful. In history we corrected work on Greece and did the little quiz game, which I won, of course. >=D

Have drama tonight. Blah. Hope we get audition scripts. Missed it last week so I dunno what's going on. Hopefully didn't miss anything important.

I locked Azrael in the Dominion >=D

Quote of the Day: "Onions."
~~Theo-chan being random in math class~~

music: Ayeka's Theme ~ tenchi muyo

Boring day.

Music was blah. Elijah would no shut his face, no matter how many times te teacher told him to clamp it, and I'm disappointed she didn't just kick him and half the class out. It gets really annoying after a while. He wasn't even playing some of the songs properly.
That having been said, for some reason I wanna play What a Wonderful World again O_o

French was boring. We had this surprise test on verbs, and I hadn't the slightest clue on what I was doing, but with some help from Alex, I think I probably past. Other than that, me and Fo discussed what we're gonna do for our project.

In english, we read Shakespear just about the whole class. I read Hermia for one of the acts, and hearing Shani read "wither art thou going" and so on is...weird O_o;;. Yeah, the voice is pretty much all there, though now I found out if I talk for a really really long time the Shani voice just comes automatically.

At lunch, I sent candy-o-grams to everyone, in other words little notes scribbled on green pieces of paper and attached to candy canes. Sent one to Vero, Marriam, Reina, Ri-chan and Dia, and I had an extra one so I sent it to Mrs Kay. Now Kaiba's gonna be sad I didn't send him one XD *sends Kaiba-kun virtual candee-o-gram and hug*

Anyway.

Theo kept me awake in math ("Onions!") , which didn't turn out to be that bad, cept for this test that sprung out of nowhere which wasn't hard. Coming down from math with Kaiba, I noticed Azrael's classrom (*cough*dominion*cough*) door was closed, and we hadn't seen him all day, so, all while snickering, I shoved a chair in front of his door XD If he's in there, good luck to him on getting out.

IM GOING TO GET CHARON IN THE LOST AGE >=D Yes, totally off subject. I'm playing a new game of Golden Sun (and everyone's level 40 so I'm breezing past it, took me three days to get to Contigo) and I've almost got all the Djinn. First time I played, I hadn't inserted a password, so I didn't received all Djinn when Isaac's party joined mine, so I couldn't get the summons Charon and Iris, which royally sucked (I SO wanted Charon, don't ask me why, I just did. Boatman of the river Styx, the river to hell...*soft cackle*) This time though, I entered a password, so now everyone has their old psyenergies, are at level 56, and have all Djinn. Charon and Iris, here I come.

And really bad eggs.

Quote of the Day: "Welcome to the Carribean, love!"
~~Watched POTC on Friday. Still lurve Jack Sparrow ^^~~

music: Dare I Say ~ bran van 3000

Nothing happened much on friday, cept my mom denied permission of me to go to the movies with Kaiba, which reallly pissed me off cause she kept it till the last minute to burst my bubble. Other than that, I had a coughing fit in math and had to leave the class, only to have Alex come check to see if I was still alive. I also have two pending drawings in my agenda, waiting to be coloured, which include an original and one of chibi Shamie and Jon.

Watched POTC that night and now have Jack's pirate song in my head (my msn screen name is now "la la la, la la la....and really bad eggs") and I now have this desire to draw Shani in a Jack Sparrow get-up. I've also been informed that my dad will get Dia and I tickets to the premier of Lord of the Rings, The Return of the King (If ya wanna save yourself energy from saying all that, just say "Smagol".) Whcich we're very happy about, since it's been a tradition for us to see the movies together during X-mas vacations.

Other than that, Reina, Aisha and I have been chosen to present this check to the fundraiser thingie thats going on for research into childrens diseases. Our homeroom had won a pizza party for selling most raffle tickets for pasta night, but we decided, after much persuasion, to give up our money to charity. So now they wanna feature us on tv. It's gonna be us, as far as I know, and maybe Marlo and Sadvhi are coming, and the student council will be there as well. I'm pretty neutral about it, and getting up at seven this morning and putting on my uniform didn't help the enthusiasm level.

Best day 6 in a while now.

Quote of the Day: "Like, omigod daddy!"
~~Marlene and her group brought Shakespear to the ghetto in their presentation~~

music: Hey Ya ~ outkast (i love dancing to this song)

Preeeetty good day *nod nod*

Didn't start how I thought it would, though. Jon didn't come in for homeroom, and we didn't see him going down to the office, so marked him as absent. My first thought was "poor Shamie" XD But of course, Shamie survived. He has got Sta, after all, and Jon DID show up for moral later on.

In french, THE FLOWER RETURNED. Okay, so last year, we were all sitting in Mrs O'Hurley's room, and we were quiet (for once) and all of a sudden, something starts singing. Yes, signing. We look up, and it's coming from Mrs O'Hurley's desk, where we see some tacky plastic flowers are set. Suddenly, we notice the flowers are moving up and down. Yes, dancing flowers. Singing "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree". I LOVE THESE FLOWERS. I just do. Shamie actually got up and started waltzing around the classroom with them XD It was adorable. I will remember the flowers forever.

In english, we presented our re-written Shakespear exerpt, which came out okay. Marlene and her group did a ghetto Shakespear *snort* and Egeus was like a sugar daddy and Marlene kept saying "like, omigod daddy" every ten seconds.

At recess, we went down to the rec room to find a spaced-ou Azrael sitting at one of the student's desks in his classroom talking to himself *sweatdrops*. Not necessarily talking to himself, just... adding up marks out loud.

History was again, rather funny. We presented our greece projects, and when Shamie was up and had read his part in his monotone voice, he started fidgiting and would not stop. It was so cute. Adam and I kept snickering at him. Afterwards, whenever anyone said what they were presenting about, he'd pipe up and go "Oh yeah?!"in a really squeaky voice, which made us laugh harder, but earned him some dirty looks from Mr de Blois. While Sta was talking about the abundance of mountains in Greece and the rest of the class was silent, Shamie looked up out of nowhere and gave us one of his "Banana spleeeet!". I cackled.

At lunch, we caught Azrael downstaires playing table soccer, and it was quite funny. He got beat though XP but it was fun to watch. Afterwards, he actually had a conversation with myself and Vero, talking mostly about the upcoming holidays and what movies we'de seen recently. He's nice, though. He's still weird but he's nice. When Mrs Kay took over duty in the rec, he practically ran ot of the area, taking Adam's ping pong ball with him XD

In moral, we worked on our project and snorted at Jon, who was wearing a pink hairclip, presumably Mary's. Mrs Quinn kept giving him looks. The snickering kinda didn't pay off though, since she kept us in for five minutes after the stupid bell.

MUST eat now. Very hungry. And finish math homeowrk. And study for science test T.T;;

More songs

Quote of the Day: O_o;; I have no quote

music: What a Wonderful World ~ louis armstrong (new band ballet)

YES.
We have no math tomorrow.
RELEASE.
*faints*
Math 3 times in a row and engrish only once has kinda put me on my nerve's end *twitch*. It was all science/math/french/science/music/math/french/music/engrish!!/moral/gym. Kinda repetitive. Tomorrow we have heeeestoreeee and we're presenting. Eeek.

We DID get doughnuts in homeroom >=D And they were quite good. Two each. That having been said I was still not fully energized enough to stay awake through french and science. We did...oh jeez, I can't even remember what we did in french, except I drew a picture for Fotini, and in science we watched three of the telecasts and I drew a picture for Marlene.

Math was, of course, blah, and music wasn't any better. I was exhausted by the last fifteen minutes, my throat itched like crazy and I could hardly lift my trombone, but somehow band is a little easier, even though Mr Dufy works us like dogs. We got a new song, our ballet, What A Wonderful World. It's so SHORT, and pretty easy, so once we've got the tune, we pretty much just played it the whole way through. Adam kept trailing off and start playing Cantaloupe Island out of nowhere a couple of times XD Oh, and expecting this was going to be an Azrael-encounterless day, I saw him while coming downstaires at the end of the day. He looked... distracted. He's on duty tomorrow in the rec, so we get to bug him.

Let's see...got engrish, history (I have no clue what I'm going to talk about for a whole minute) and I wanna post my fic up at ff.net. ONWARD!

Now for wrath, now for Rohan, and the Red Door!

Quote of the Day: "For our pride! For ZaEEEB! And for the Woos!"
~~For sun is rising....!~~

music: Evenstar ~ isabel bayakdarian

XD Blogging in the morning again. Tsk tsk. At least I don't have to eat breakfast, since we're supposed to have doughnuts in homeroom.
In any case XD
Ya, Ri-chan and I stole a bunch of war-calls from LOTR for badminton XD Ri-chan, Reina and myself have been dubbed "the woos" or something like that, and the ZaEEB part comes from this guy who we think has a crush on Ri-chan, named Zaib, but pronounced ZaEEEB.

Yes, we're weird.

Moving on.

OOH OOH BEFORE I START.

I have this horrible cough, and somehow I think I gave it to Jon XD Cause walking out of homeroom yesterday with Wess, we encountered him in the hall, and he opened his mouth to speak, and a bunch of incoherent mumblings came out, then coughing, and me and Wess are like "O__o Wha?" and then we all sarted laughing at him XD Poor Jon.

In engrish, we're supposed to be re-writing Shakespear (don't ask me what drugs my teacher is on, I wouldn't have time to go through the list) so Jen and I spent our time re-writing the first scene of a Midsummer Night's Dream, while Vero, Ashma and Pindooja fooled around. I'm bent on writing it in proper english (somewhere between modern day and LOTR book english) but Ashma keeps saying she wants it in modern MODERN slangish english, and I keep telling her I refuse to destroy/dishonour Shakespear. So that still remains unfished, and I'm stuck with finishing that and my history project tonight.

In math, we did blah, as usual. I got my test back, and for the fist time this year, got 10/10. *rejoice* Poor Theo. He didin't understand the stuff so he got nada on ten. You gotta admire the kid though, he was perfectly fine with that, and still managed to make me laugh.

In anti-social studies, we had sexual education with the lot of idiots. Jon came in late, and when Mrs Quinn asked him were he went, he told her the office, and when she asked why, he was all "Uuh.... because of my...sickness *cough cough*" In that case, I demand to see the school nurse because of MY sickness. *cough cough**shanivoice**cough* *cough*

In gym, Ri-chan and I beat Jen and Steph 21-4, but are a little ways behind Julie and Susan, 9-5 for them. What ticks me off is Julie's arrogance when Susan is the only one who actually plays on their team. Ri-chan and I put up a pretty good fight though, and next class we'll knock'em into the dirt. For ZaEEEB!

Oh, and my excuse for not blogging last night was my ridiculous amount of homework and the fact that I actually bothered to write this idea I had for a one shot Golden Sun fic. Little Karst/Menardi/Saturos thing, from a young Karst's POV, the day Menardi and Saturos left and never came back. I actually finished it, and it's not bad. Inspired a little from the whole Faramir/Boromir scene in the Two Towers. Will post it at FF.net, hopefully.

A great song ruined by the one and only music sub

Quote of the Day: "FASTER! T_T"
~~Those of us from band getting pissed during music cause we play Maximum Velocity waaay too slow.~~

music: So Much ~ ja rule (haven't heard this in a while..)

ARG.
I'm trying to draw Karst and she's giving me hell TT
Yes Karst.
Yes Menardi's sister.
No I don't hate her.
She bitches alot, but she's cool.
But she has pink skin O_o

ANYWAY.

Here's a brief resume of a boring monday:

Science was sooo boring it was INCREDIBLE. We did two activities, one with soap suds and the only with a coat hanger. JP and Perry blinded themselves popping soap bubbles in their faces. How smart. I chatted with Shaz most of the class. I also have three chapters worth of notes for wednesday, which sucks royally.

In math, we had a test, and I might actually get 10/10 for th first time this year. Hopefully there won't be some catch he'll find somewhere just to take off marks, cause that would suck royally too. Talked to Theo for some of the class, and poked fun at Mauro, who was half asleep the whole time.

At recess, we stumbled across none other than Azrael (its now hard NOT to run into him) and talked about the upcoming X-mas holidays. He's really weird but pretty nice.

In music, the class FINALLY got Maximum Velocity, my fav band song, but OMIGOD T_T Stupid student teacher made us play WAY TO SLOW, and for once, we trombones knew our part really well (or, me and Susan did, since we carry main rythm) and we aced it, and then she told us we were playing too fast. T_T Well, LADY, that's how fast the original song goes, that's how fast Mr Dufy tell us to go in band, and thats what the sheet reads. So blah.

Okay, here's something really strange - the time Vero was talking about Azrael walking by and he walked by? This guy practically has CUES. We were standig at the base of the stairwell, and I said all of a sudden "Imgine if he comes downstaires now," and lo and behold, HE COMES RIGHT PAST US. It's creepy. He just...pops out of nowhere....

In french, we had a sub, Mrs T, and did a bunch of random question on stuff I don't feel like remembering. I got to hit Shamie over the head with a dictionary like four times, and then he wouldn't give me back my white out XD That's about all that was mildly interesting.

Alright, back to Karst...
